You Acknowledge That NEO-OS Relies On Third-Party Integrations (E.G., Oura, Apple Health). We Are Not Responsible For The Accuracy Or Availability Of Data Provided By These Third-Party Devices.
Limitation Of Liability
To The Maximum Extent Permitted Under UAE Law, Neotrium Is Not Liable For Indirect Or Consequential Damages Resulting From Use Of The Services. Medical Liability Rests Solely With The Licensed Specialist Providing Care.
Governing Law
These Terms Are Governed By The Laws Of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any Disputes Shall Be Resolved In Dubai Courts.
